Hi,

I have now finished my prototype design and my customer is very interested and wants two prototypes for testing. They also want a firm price for a production model. I will need to design a new carrier board holding the Carambola and the extra components I need, while looking into this is strikes me that in low quantities I can't even get anywhere near the price of the carrier board that 8devices sells (22 Euros).

With that in mind would 8devices consider selling a kit of parts/components minus the actual PCB (and a few other bits I don't need) for the carrier board? That way I could take the current carrier board design and extend it to include the extra components I needed and get the price down to a competitive level.

I would be happy to pay the 22 Euro price just for the components!
