On my installation of 64-bit Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin), "make menuconfig" errored because libncurses was not found. I fixed it via sudo ln -s /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libncurses.so.5 /lib/libncurses.so sudo ln -s /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libncursesw.so.5 /lib/libncursesw.so |
