Second I2C port based on gpio possible?

Hi,
i have i2c running for communication with important system components on the carambola.
I'd like to have a second i2c port for extensions. These must not interfere with the other internal i2c components in any case.
Is it possible to have some other two gpio lines act as another i2c port?

You can use any two GPIO's as software I2C. There are no second hardware I2C port.
