carambola sysupgrade file not generated

hi guys,
does anyone know why sysupgrade file ( bin/ramips/openwrt-ramips-rt305x-carambola-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin ) might not be generated. there is no build error or anything. it simply does not generate it. i suspect i might have changed something inadvertently in the make menuconfig phase.. but can not find anything yet.
can anyone help ?

Get sources, configure, build from the beginning. It will be faster than chasing ghosts.
