I have been playing around with the gpio pins and get warnings on the console from the kernel.

The mmio 0x10000060 is set to 0x17 to set spi port to gpio and the shared uart to uart+gpio.
I get this for gpio 5,6,11,12,13,14. But not for gpio 3 and 4.
All ports work as they should, set and clear gives the right result.

Anyone got any sugestions?
The firmware is homebrewed from the lastest checkout.
