Hello all,
I'm writing a new topic as this doesn't seem to have already been discussed...
I'm trying to get both Android and iOS USB tethering working on my carambola 2 dev board. So far I managed to make Android usb tethering work quite easily by following this guide:
But I have issues with making my iphone work to tether its connection via usb ... At first I tried to just install the same packages that I used on my Raspberry Pi, but it didn't seem to be enough, so I searched on google and finally came through this: and especially this script: which seem to be exactly what I was searching for. Only thing is, when I plug my iphone, it correctly asks if I want to trust this computer (puting yes does nothing) and the carambola2 correctly recognises it as "apple ethernet usb device" but does nothing ... While when I plug an android phone, the "rndis" module seems to take care of routing the connection and making it available as "usb0" in network's config ...
Does anybody have a clue on how to make it work ??
