We would like to use the carabola 2 module in a product. Software is working, hardware can be made ready quite easily. My question is if/when the carambola 2 module will receive certification from FCC, ETC, IC, etc? Until this happens we cannot use it for our product.

The Atheros AR9331 IEEE 802.11n 1x1 2.4 GHz Chipset has been reviewed to ensure FCC power limits. 2412-2462 MHz (11ch) in US. FCC part 15 certification ID depends on the specific antenna connector in the finished end user product (RP-SMA or U.FL)

Carambola 2 is now officially CE, FCC and IC certified.
FCC ID is: Z9W-CM2
IC ID: 11468A-CM2

This is great news. What are the antenna constraints for the certification?
Can you link provide a link to the approval docs?
