Hi,

got new carambolas 2, /etc/openwrt_version says r35770, uname -a is "Linux OpenWrt 3.7.9 #8 Mon Aug 5 16:02:30 EEST 2013 mips GNU/Linux"

When trying to 'opkg install' any kmod package I get dependencies errors, e.g:

root@OpenWrt:~# opkg install kmod-fs-ext4
Installing kmod-fs-ext4 (3.7.9-1) to root...
Downloading http://pkg.8devices.com/v2.4/carambola2 ... ar71xx.ipk.
Collected errors:
* satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for kmod-fs-ext4:

Tried installing from http://pkg.8devices.com/v2.5/carambola2 ... ackages.gz and the same issues.

Any hint? Thanks.

Use
opkg --force-depends install kmod*..
It worked for me
