Hello,
I ordered Carambola2, then followed steps as mentioned here http://8devices.com/wiki_carambola/doku ... e_to_start.
Then I performed make menuconfig to have u-boot image. As mentioned here
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=679
Then I tried to flash new uboot image formed "openwrt-ar71xx-generic-nbg460n_550n_550nh-u-boot.bin" as mentioned https://github.com/pepe2k/u-boot_mod#us ... ftp-server
But after reset, i am not able to get serial.
I think, u-boot image formed was wrong, can anyone know how to get it back.
Or any step by step to perform JTAG or some other serial method.

You can reflash it with SPIPGM if You have an older PC with parallel port:
http://rayer.g6.cz/programm/programe.htm
or You can buy a cheap USB programmer like this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/EN25T80-Programmer-USB-Series-SPI-FLASH-BIOS-24CXX25XX-STC-AVR-Support-TO-TTL-/321073898013?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ac17ee21d

Be careful - if You not erased the ART partition (unique Wifi configuration) yet, then save the last 64KB from the flash first! If You already erased the whole flash, then You can use an ART image from different AR9331 based device, but this will degrade the performance of the Wifi...

Although the SPI MISO/MOSI/CLK and CS0 pins are available on edge connectors, You are unable to write flash directly through these pins due to AR9331 has no tri-state / idle option, so the only known way is to desolder the flash and write it separately... Be careful, there are small SMD parts near to pin 3-4!

There is a small adapter in the package of the USB programmer, You can solder the flash in it or there is a SO8 pad on the backside of the programmer. Or alternatively, You can buy a solderless adapter if You plan to use it several times in the future: http://www.ebay.com/itm/SO8-SOP8-to-DIP8-Programmer-adapter-Socket-Converter-for-Wide-200mil-/281286338802?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item417df8e8f2
(You can find a cheaper version of this adapter on ebay, but its for SO8-narrow 150mil package, not for SO8-wide 200-208mil like these flash parts!)
