 DOA Carambola2 Bundle

I have a Carambola2 bundle that would not boot when I received it. I have tried to use the return function in the estore and have emailed info@8devices.com and received no response after two weeks. How can I get this replaced?

They have not replied to me either.

I have not received a replacement for the DOA board yet!!!

The last communication I had from 8 devices was in July indicating the board was in customs and asking questions which I answered.

DOES 8DEVICES INTEND TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE UNIT???? IS BUYING A CARAMBOLA 2 THROWING MONEY IN THE GARBAGE??????

This is the second board I have received which was DOA, Do you have any final inspections?????

Email sent August 18 which has received no reply is below-

Have you received this returned unit yet?

It would not boot.

I sent the reply below on 7/28, I have included it to be sure you have
received it.

Looks like your unit was hold up in customs.
Can you describe me what are you sending to me?
Is it full order back or a part of it?
Witch product are going back how much pcs?

Update - I have had communication with 8 devices and a replacement is in the works. It doesn't show up in tracktrace yet but hopefully will soon...

I really love the carambola2, just haven't had the best experience with returns.
