I can't seem to find 'mdns' package in our build system. Could you be more specific (i.e. name, location, firmware version, etc.)?
There is however 'avahi-demon' which is an mdns service. Is this the case?

Oddly I don't have avahi-daemon in my build system, as this would be my preferred choice (o;

Where should avahi-daemon be located?


"mdns" is just under "Network"....

Avahi (a working one) is available in the new 2.6 firmware release. It's located in Network->IP addresses and names.

P.S. Don't forget to update and install the feeds ;)
