Hello,

We bought recently 20 pcs of Carambola2 for our test project.
Carambola modules are installed on our board that provides all voltages and control signals.
The problem is that 4 out of 20 boards stopped on U-boot stage with the following message:

and nothing after that. I checked voltage (it is 3.3V), and state of Reset signal - all seems OK.
The rest of boards work well. Is it possible that we got faulty Carambola2 boards, or we should consider others possibilities?
Carambola modules have been soldered to our board with standard lead-free reflow profile.

GPIO12 is not used in our board. I guess, it has pull-down resistor right on Carambola2 module, so we can leave it unconnected.
The same is done on Carambola2 dev.board.

I've the same problem, any solution?

Are you using development board or a custom PCB?

The module is soldered on to a custom board. Power supplies are OK. I have tested with an external PSU plus the onboard PSU is good. Could the DDR2 RAM be an issue? Is there a way to verify this?
