 Boot pull up/down resistors

Hi,
I am using the Rambutan UART but have to interface to 1.8V logic. I would like to simply use a resistor dividor to reduce the 2.5V transmit signal to the 1.8V however this means I am pulling down on the otherwise pulled up signal. The transmitter pin (19) is a boot H pin. Can you tell me the resistor pull up value in the module? I don't want to put a whole level translator chip in to make the level change if I don't have to. Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
JB
