Dimension information missing

Hi,
I think I saw this somewhere already answered but I can't find it again. On the Rambutan datasheet, the pins 24 through 37 do not have dimensional information that sets the right/left distance. Can you tell me what the distance should be?
Also, just to confirm, the gray square in the middle of the PCB footprint is a cutout in the main PCB, correct?
