What are your shipping times for the Carambola 1? Last time I ordered it took 1 week before the order left your offices. Now I ordered another batch (and actually today yet another one) but both orders are still in pending. Questions to info@ remain unanswered.

This is *very worrying* as I am using your board in production and I myself have customers waiting.

All I am asking for is information and predictability for a better planning. Tell us: 4 weeks delivery 100% guaranteed. Great. Then we are happy to see it coming after 2. But no information is not good enough.

Everyone has issues, normal. If there are issues, let us know, then we can work around them, plan better. I know you guys are busy. It takes time to develop new things. Great to see the Carambola 2 available in the shop now. But its not enough to engineer great products, you also need the service around them.

Yes, and having no information is really concerning. No answers to mails on inquiries with respect to pending orders is also concerning. I saw other posts here wondering if 8devices is still business.

I have no problem with "currently 8 - 12 days from order to dispatch". Either on the web page or in the order confirmation mail. Then its plannable.

And "usually 3 - 6 days when on stock" is no indicator. How can we know if its on stock? What happens if its not on stock? Is it days then? Or weeks?

All I am asking for is some more transparency and plannability. Its better for 8devices' business and will give some trust in the company to deliver.

And I really hate to discuss these things on a public forum rather than with 8devices directly. But its the only way to get some answers. But at least its transparent for everone
