I just wanted to post about a frustrating debugging session I had to go through while trying to make USB work on my carambola2 board. Great device, great examples, love the openness of the platform, but perhaps in the future do a little more testing before shipping?
I couldn't figure why USB would not work on the devboard + carambola2 I purchased a few months ago, I installed all the modules, checked all my inputs... nothing. Then after 2 weeks of troubleshooting I finally noticed a short on the back of the devboard, connecting USB+ and USB-.
I understand this can happen (heck, hardware cannot be always perfect), but I feel like this would have been fairly easy to check and fix.
