NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0 (): transmit queue 0 timed out

Hi all,
I'm facing this stack dump from the Kernel from time to time, after getting this the Ethernet stops working and rebooting the board is required to get it up and running again.
Anyone else having this issue?
