RoHS, CE and other regulations

I would like to integrate Carambola into a product that can be sold to individuals. I didn't see any markings on Carambola, the dev board or the packaging. Do the Carambola and dev board comply with RoHS/REACH and CE? Are the boards soldered lead-free?
And how about the regulations for selling in the US. I don't know much about this stuff (yet) but seeing that you guys have experience in developing RF products you might be able to give some good advice.
