I'm trying to order Carambola outside the EU.
When I press the paypal button, the amount I need to pay includes VAT (which I don't need to pay).
On the other hand, there is no place to mark shipping destination and no shipping costs are included.

How can I get a paypal order with shipping costs but no VAT?

To my understanding, the order form is separate from the paypal order process and is only intended when ordering via a bank transfer or for orders larger than 100 units.

When I ordered mine I got an error if I clicked on the paypal button without filling out the form. So I filled out the form and clicked the paypal button and I didn't have to pay any VAT, I live in Australia BTW.
