I followed the build instructions on the Wiki, and at the end I have the following in my bin/ramips/ directory: md5sums openwrt-ramips-rt305x-squashfs.img openwrt-ramips-rt305x-uImage.bin openwrt-ramips-rt305x-vmlinux.bin openwrt-ramips-rt305x-vmlinux.elf packages But no sysupgrade.bin Now, I did make some changes during menuconfig (I'm trying to get the webcam working over usb) and maybe I screwed up an option somewhere to enable the build of this file. Can somebody help remind me what needs to be turned on to get this sysupgrade.bin file to build? *Brian |

Sorry, it's not clear to me how referring to that wiki page should help me. The first thing the wiki page says is to rename the sysupgrade.bin file. But I have no such file, even though I just did a complete build. Is there a setting that needs to get turned on in order for the sysupgrade.bin file to get built? *Brian |

Yup - as long as I don't do a 'make kernel_menuconfig', I'm fine. I can build everything else, I can download to the carambola and run just fine. However, that make kernel_menuconfig breaks things for me. So I won't be doing that unless somebody tells me it's needed for some reason. *Brian |
