Two questions around this.
1) Do Carambola2 industrial and commercial modules share same FCC ID?
2) is there a way to find out via software if a industrial vs commercial version of the module is used? Do they have distinct MAC ranges, for example? If yes, which?

Hi,
1.Yes 2. Check label. Software is same for C-temp and I-temp. In case you want to check by MAC, then need to know when Carambola's were purchased, so that we could check with factory which range was used for I-temp version.

The industrial modules I currently use all seem to be from MAC range C4:93:00:07:7x:xx. I think it would be great if you could provide a list of MAC ranges of the industrial versions, so that SW developers can distinguish those from the commercial ones.
I hoped that you would have defined a completely separate MAC range for those, but this does not seem to be the case, which makes it a bit more difficult.
