Post subject:  Carambola2 USB Port unable to read SEAGER HDD Data
Dear sir,

My name is amarr, am presently working with carambola2 module.

I am trying to connect SEAGER HDD(500GB) to carambola2's customised board USB Port.
after connecting it, carambola2 showing below error continuesly.
"usb 1-1.2: device descriptor read/64, error -71"

But if i connect USB Stick/Pendrive of 8GB to carambola2's customised board USB Port, carambola2 showing all files of USB Stick/Pendrive.

Like USB Stick/Pendrive, Why SEAGER's files are not showing? :x

Please somebody help me to come out of this problem.

Try to connect external power supply for this HDD

Dear sir,

Thank you so much for giving reply.

I Solved the issue by providing 5v power supply to USB Port from My custome board itself :D .
