Hi everybody, I just purchased a Carambola 2 but I'm having trouble figuring out the GPIO voltage levels. The development board shows the provided push button (GPIO11) is ACTIVE LOW 3.3V
But reading the datasheet and forums, its seems all the I/O is 2.5V.
Are the inputs 3.3V, 5V tolerant? is there level shifting on GPIO11 or some of the I/O on the Carambola 2 board?

Hi,
Carambola GPIO outputs are 2.5V. If you want a higher output you will need a level shifting circuit. The inputs are 3.3V tolerant, but with a correct resistor divider you can interface higher voltages too.
