Hello

For a custom wweb application I'm trying to implement a firmware update function...
So far it is only possible with /sbin/mtd write" when launched via the lighttpd/php-fcgi...

But this procedure doesn't allow me to save old configurations inside /etc...

When using "sysugrade" via the webserver, the update process isn't started as sysupgrade kills all daemons including lighttpd, and therefore the update process stops.

Any other way to update the firmware but keep the old configurations?
