Anyone got any tips for how I can connect an external antenna to the Centipede? I can see there's a tiny little coax connector on there - much smaller than u.fl even. And some 0402 components next to it that I presume would need to be swapped over. Ideal for me would be just to snip the end off a u.fl cable and solder directly onto the Centipede....... |

Hi, this is for RF signal testing only. But you can replace to UF.L connector.Pinout is same. |

Thanks for the quick reply. If I were to replace that connector do I not need to move any of the 0402 components nearby to actually connect it to the RF signal? I would have expected the RF to be routed only to the onboard ceramic antenna? Surely I can't just add a connector and then stick an external 50 ohm antenna on there as it would be in parallel with the onboard antenna and horribly mismatched? |

You need to replace UF.L connector only. |
