Hello, We have our own developed carrier board which includes a LIMA, however the LIMA does not boot. When monitoring the UART upon toggling the RESETN we can see the bootloader start, and then it hangs after displaying the following:

Do you have any suggestions to what may be causing this?

Make sure GPIO_10/UART TX isn't pulled up on your carrier board.
As it's used for DRAM type (DDR1/2) detection, it has to be pulled down during bootstrap stage (first ~5 ms).
